Aylin specializes in international arbitration, international business & commerce and investment law, economic sanctions law, contracts law, and compliance matters.

As a corporate law advisor and trial attorney, Aylin assists her clients with legal compliance and risk mitigation in a variety of areas.

Aylin has a substantial background in the fields of pharmaceuticals, competition, corporate, and commercial law, with a particular concentration on the representation of corporate policies in complex matters, the supervision of numerous international transactions, the negotiation of a diverse range of agreements, and the management of various forms of litigation.

She has participated in international business transactions. She has prepared, reviewed, and negotiated international sale and free trade agreements as well as other legal documents necessary for share transfer procedures and engaged in contractual processes. Aylin assists local and international clients with all manner of commercial law-related issues and offers close contact support in the legal monitoring of their operational and managerial processes.

Aylin is currently pursuing a master’s degree in international Private Law at Istanbul University, which requires the finalization of a thesis. Current research for her dissertation is centred on "The Impact of Economic Sanctions on International Trade Agreements.
